Welcome to Endure Health & Fitness. An environment where you will experience an enduring pace of fitness, with the aim of rediscovering the best version of you, you can be. Endure is a place where we work as a Team, and where we help and cheer our fellow team members on. I aim to challenge you, but you work at a level that is suited to you. At Endure it is All About YOU!

Your trainer is me, Melissa Ryan and I am looking forward to getting to know you better and helping you work toward achieving your goals. I aim to work hard and have fun, whilst maintaining a consistent and challenging group fitness or personal training experience for you.
Here is a little bit of information about me :

My Qualification: I am a Personal Trainer and I hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness. I also hold Certificates in Advanced Massage Techniques, along with my Sports Trainers Certificates.

My Background: I am a Remedial Masseur, Sports Trainer and I have over 12 years’ experience and involvement with a GVFL football team. In my massage career, I have worked at the Murray River Marathon, Shepparton Triathlon, with Shepparton United Football/Netball Club, Kilmore Football Club, and the Shepparton Gators Men's Basketball Team.

As a Trainer, on top of those currently listed I have also worked with Under 16 country basketball championship teams and was first aider on a number of occasions. I am also a swimming teacher of 5 years. I am married and have 2 girls, and a toddler boy. I currently coach Under 9 Netball and I am loving the experience. I have personally experienced a 30kg weight loss and have trained on several occasions with Michelle Bridges and Amelia Burton.

I have also participated in many Bootcamps including a 7 sessions bootcamp at Wonga Park, I participated in Hoffy’s Burpee Challenge World Record Attempt, and participated and completed the Tough Mudder Challenge, as well as a number of Fun Run events. More recently I have participated in HOFFY’S Intensity Sandy Point Bootcamp where I learnt to surf and endured 1 ½ days of bootcamp sessions! I have also completed 10km Melbourne Stampede.

Things I love: My Family, working out, helping others achieve their goals and changing their lives for the better. I love to climb Mt Piper frequently. I have always been determined to improve myself and jumping at any challenge put before me is the way I find I do that. With each challenge comes growth.

My pop is my idol. He is a people person just like me and he always has the right thing to say. I would love to live near the ocean, and love playing games with my children. Listening to music, and sharing good food with friends ;)
